By using FirePDF (firepdf.in) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. The service
FirePDF provides free PDF tools that run in your web browser. We may change, add or remove tools at any time without notice.
2. Your files
You keep all rights to the files you open. Files are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to our servers. You are responsible for having the right to process, convert, unlock, sign or edit any file you use with the tools.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use FirePDF to:
- process material you do not have the right to use, or to remove protection from documents you are not permitted to open;
- forge or alter documents to deceive others, including signatures, official records and identity documents;
- attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the site, or to use automated tools to scrape it;
- break any applicable law.
4. No warranty
The tools are provided “as is” and “as available”. File conversion and page editing can produce errors, particularly with complex layouts and scanned documents. We do not guarantee that output will be accurate, complete or suitable for any purpose. Keep a copy of your original file and check results before relying on them.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FirePDF and its owner are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or tools, including lost data, errors in converted files or decisions made using the output.
6. Advertising and third parties
The site is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or sites you reach through them. See the Privacy Policy for how advertising uses cookies.
7. Intellectual property
The FirePDF name, logo, design and written content belong to the site owner. Open-source libraries used by the tools remain under their own licences.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of India.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
